ORDERS AND RETURNS
The shipping of the items purchased at will be carried out through a courier company.
Delivery dates will generally be a maximum of 7 working days. These deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Also, in exceptional circumstances this period could be altered by extraordinary incidents in the order or by availability in the delivery of the merchandise. In these above mentioned cases, the delivery time can be up to 10 working days.
To avoid any type of incidents in the delivery (wrong address, inability to find someone at home...), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly and it is mandatory to fill in the box related to contact numbers.
The responsibility of is limited in unusual force majeure events (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air...). In any of the following cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
Delivery dates depend on the order and shipping management time, which may vary depending on the distribution network provided by the transport agencies in each region. When the delivery to the customer takes place the customer must not pay the order.

Return and exchange policy
Si If you're not satisfied with your purchase you can proceed to exchange or return one or more items in their original condition always within a maximum period of 14 business days from the receipt of the order. The items must be returned in perfect condition, with original and intact labelling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received. This policy is not applicable on personalized orders.
DELBES IBIZA is not responsible for the return costs (excluding if it is our error or in case of tare), we will help to manage it at all times. You must return the items to our address, through the courier service of your choice (Contact to receive the precise address and assistance) Once the package arrives at our headquarters, we will proceed with the refund.
DELBES IBIZA will proceed to refund once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to an error regarding the shipment, DELBES IBIZA will send the package where it was received and will take care of all the expenses derived from the subsequent return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct order in case of exchange.
TAXATION AND EXPORT DUTIES
Keep in mind there are countries and cities that aren't part of the EU customs territory, so shipments are subject to taxes and/or exports duties. DELBES IBIZA, isn't responsible for such fees, so it is up to the customer to pay these. In most cases, these fees are charged at the delivery time of the package, although you might receive a notification by email asking you to personally pay those fees in order to receive your package.
